Fun Times with Family

Last weekend Tyrel's brother and his wife, Kristin, and boy came and stayed for the weekend. They wanted to go to the temple so they stayed the night Friday and Saturday and we got to watch Jayton while they went to the temple. I love having family over and love seeing my boys get to play with cousins. Cooper and Trip love playing with Jayton and they play really well together. Jayton loved Peyton just as much as my boys. He was told repeatedly by Kristin to not touch her so I got a cute picture of him getting as close and he could without really touching her, it was hilarious. I was also able to get a couple pictures of the boys playing even though they never hold still long enough to do so. All in all it was a fun weekend!!

5 Amazing Years!!

So this post is a little late. On the 11th Tyrel and I celebrated our 5th Anniversary!! Part of me thinks wow 5 years already, but at the same time I think uh? Only 5 years? Mainly because my life with Tyrel seems like such a huge part of my life already. Like growing up and all that seems so long ago, like it was a past life. I am horrible about posting sentimental stuff because when it come to talking about Tyrel I really feel like I am bragging and seriously feel I have the best husband in the world, but I am really blessed to have Tyrel as a husband. Tyrel is one of the most caring people I know. He is always so patient with me and never loses his temper with me. He is always pushing me to be better. He works so hard to support this family and give us a comfortable home. He is always willing to listen to me. He claims he likes that I talk a lot and if I am trying to talk less he will tell me not to. I can't think of a day where he hasn't told me how much he loves me and how much he appreciates all that I do. After 5 years he still thanks me for little things like doing his laundry or making him something to eat. He never gives me a hard time about finances when I am the one always stressing about them. He never lets me feel sorry for myself and is quick to point how great we have it when I am down. I am grateful for what a hard worker he is. I am grateful for the priesthood keys which he holds and that amazing spirit that brings into our home. I am grateful that he likes to talk about ways we can be living the gospel better and ways we can work hard to be better parents. I am grateful that what is important to me is important to him even if he doesn't understand why. Tyrel is also an amazing father. He loves to play with his boys and takes pride in wanting to be a great father and wanting to teach his boys things. He makes it a point to spend time with each one individually. He has from day one helped out with them without being asked. He takes it upon himself to get them dressed, or get them breakfast, or pick up their toys. I always feel bad asking him for help, because he already does more than I ever expected a husband and dad to do. K I know I need to stop, I just don't do this enough because I am afraid people will get sick of my bragging, because I seriously could go on and on. I truly love him more each day and feel so blessed that Heavenly Father put him in my path at the right time and that he chose me. I am so excited to spend forever with him and I can't wait for him to have a job where he is home every night. So enough is enough right!! HAPPY FIVE YEARS TYREL!!

Grandma Raspberry

Well after a fun week with Tyrel home we then got to have my mom here for a week. Every since Cooper last summer picked raspberries at my mom's house in Washington he calls my mom Grandma Raspberry. So anyways. We had so much fun being with my mom. It was so nice to just visit and hang out. My poor mom was sick most of the time she was here with a nasty cold. She felt so bad that she couldn't do as much as she liked because she has back problems. She is actually going in for a major back surgery today. I didn't mind at all though. It was so fun to just hang out with her and visit and see her play with my boys. Tyrel and I even got to go out to dinner and a movie for our anniversary. It was nice to have an adult to visit with since 5 1/2 days a week is just me and little people!! It was also great to have my mom come see out new house and enjoy the country. She loved the mountains and the views all around our house. Thanks again mom for coming I had a blast and so did the boys!!

1st week with Peyton

Well it has been so awesome having baby number 3!! I feel like I am on some sort of high and just happy as can be. I have gotten so much done and feel great!! I jump up each morning ready to start another day. She is beautiful and so far a very easy baby. I know it's too early to tell, but Trip wanted to be held non-stop from day 1 and Peyton will lay and sleep anywhere. I have to remind myself to stop and hold her because she is just content as can be. We got home from the hospital last Monday and this last week I got these three sewing projects done. I have one more blanket I am making and some cute burp rags. So fun!! I had a blast with Tyrel home for a week, the boys were in heaven having their dad all to themselves for a whole week. They didn't leave his side. So I had fun getting stuff done around the house. Now my mom is here and we are having fun visiting and just hanging out!! Life is great!! Here are some adorable pictures of Peyton if I do say so myself!!

She's Here!!

Well on Sunday we welcomed our beautiful little girl Peyton Dianne Ross into our family!! Saturday night I was getting ready for bed and all of a sudden my contractions were close and super painful. So Tyrel and I loaded the boys up in the car and drove the hour to the hospital in Durango. He waited in the car with the boys until I called him to let him know for sure if I was in labor. Sure enough I was at a 4 and contractions 4min apart. So Tyrel called his mom at 2am to come get the boys. I was so excited to find out the doctor on call from my dr's office was one that helps you do a VBAC (which is a vaginal birth after a c-section) the hospital I went to doesn't do VBAC's and I knew I just had to luck out getting a doctor that would help me do it. Most of them will really push hard for you to do another c-section. She was awesome. She had no problem with mean trying to deliver regular. I just had to sign a waiver that I was refusing surgery. This also meant she had to be at the hospital the whole time I was in labor to monitor me and she had no problem coming in at 1am to do that. So at 4am they broke my water and gave me an epideral and after pushing through 4 contractions she was here at 11:23am. At 4 weeks early Peyton was 7Ib 1oz and 19 1/2" long. Can you believe that is my fatest baby!! Her cheeks are so chubby for what I am used to! She is beautiful and I feel so awesome not have a c-section. I think I thanked the doctor a million times for being so supportive of the VBAC since I had already had so many lectures from other doctors. tyrel's parents and his grandparents came to visit. So now we are home and Tyrel is home all week. His mom brought the boys back and stayed the night to help out a little. My mom gets here Saturday for a week. The boys love her. Cooper of course was shy at the hopital but told me he would hold her when we got home. Trip is all over her saying baby non-stop. They both climb all over me trying to get the best look. Cooper is trying to help me so much he is actually telling me how to take care of her. So we are all great!!
